To ensure customer satisfaction, any purchase returns & exchanges are accepted within 21 days from the invoice date, provided the item(s) is in their original packaging with price tag intact, unworn and unwashed.

However, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any sale merchandise or purchases with use of a promotional code, 50% discount & above & best buy items. 

Please take note we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  1. Thermal Wears & Leggings.

CONDITIONS

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. 

DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact CUSTOMER SERVICE

REFUNDS

Returns do take us 3-10 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution.

HOW TO REQUEST FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE?

Please ensure that the Return Slip and Tax Invoice are included in the parcel.

HOW TO SEND IN YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE?

Customers are responsible for shipment costs for returns and exchanges. To ship an item back to UNIVERSAL TRAVELLER please:

1.)    Indicate on your invoice whether you are exchanging or returning the item(s).

If Universal Traveller sent out the correct item in good condition and was received in good condition, the customer has to bear all of the shipping fees. 

2.)    For Item Exchanges: Please send an e-mail to [email protected] with the purchase order number, a photo and details of the item (indicate item size / colour / name) that you would like to Exchange.

3.)    For Item Returns: Please send an e-mail to [email protected] with the order number, the item, and size you would like Return. 

4.)    Pack your item(s) and invoice into a bag or box.

On the airway bill please include your invoice number and note "Return/Exchange shipment to UT MSIA". Mail your return or exchange using your carrier of choice to:

Terms and Conditions

Universal Traveller reserves all rights to inspect the condition of the item(s) before processing any returns or exchanges. Customer shall bear the shipping and handling charges of returning shall the item is rejected on the return or exchange request.

Should there be any dispute on the refund amount for any return or exchange, refund will be based on cash value paid on the invoice.

Our returns and exchanges policies do not cover damage resulting from unique, accidental, or wear and tear. It also does not cover products used in a manner or for a purpose not reasonably contemplated, or previously modified in a manner not authorized by Universal Traveller.
