Returns & Exchanges

To ensure customer satisfaction, we allow you to return your purchase within 21 days from the invoice date if they are in their original packaging with price tag intact, unworn and unwashed.

However, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any sale merchandise or purchases with use of a promotional code.

Please take note we do not accept returns or exchanges for

  1. Any sale merchandise
  2. Purchases with use of a promotional code
  3. Thermal Wears & Leggings.

Please contact our Customer Service to initiate the return.
Please ensure that the Return Slip and Tax Invoice are included in the parcel. The item(s) must be returned to our returns address:

Terms and Conditions

Collective Brands Sdn Bhd reserves all rights to inspect the condition of the item(s) before processing any returns or exchanges. Customer shall bear the shipping and handling charges of returning any rejected return or exchange request item(s).

Should there be any dispute on the refund amount for any return or exchange, refund will be based on cash value paid on the invoice.

Our returns and exchanges policies do not cover damage resulting from unique, accidental, or wear and tear. It also does not cover products used in a manner or for a purpose not reasonably contemplated by, or previously modified in a manner not authorized by Collective Brands Sdn Bhd.

Universal Traveller makes no warranty in respect of any product, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, quality, compliance with description and fitness for a particular purpose. Collective Brands Sdn Bhd’s decisions on returns and exchanges are final.

**Customers are responsible for all costs of getting the Product to any outlets under Universal Traveller Group or head office.
