What are the available delivery options and rates?
At present, our delivery service is limited to street addresses within Malaysia. We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses, military bases, and other protected areas. Should a delivery attempt to these restricted locations fail, you will be responsible for the associated delivery charges.
Please note that we can only accommodate one delivery address per order. If you wish to have items delivered to multiple addresses, you will need to place separate orders for each distinct address.

How long does it normally take to ship out items once payment is made?

How long does it takes to ship out pre-order item?
We adhere to the Estimated Shipping Time (ETS) listed on our website for dispatching orders. We appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter.
We are committed to delivering your products as quickly as possible. Once your transaction is confirmed, we immediately begin processing your order. Orders are shipped and delivered via courier service from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Upon placing your order successfully, our Customer Service team will undertake a verification process and inform you via email as soon as it is completed.
Following successful verification, your order tracking number will be available on our website under “My Account" after 3 working days, or 8 working days during peak seasons.
Should there be any delay in delivery due to your unreasonable refusal to accept delivery, or if you fail to accept delivery from the carrier within two weeks of our initial delivery attempt, we reserve the right (without affecting any other rights or remedies available to us) to charge you for any fees and costs reasonably incurred by us.

What should I do If I realize my personal information is incorrect after completing the checkout?
If you notice any inaccuracies in your personal details after completing the checkout process, it's important to contact the customer service or support team at mycustomercare@universaltraveller.com or WhatsApp us as soon as possible. You would need to provide us your order number and the correct details. Although changes can't always be guaranteed, especially if the order has already been processed or shipped, the customer service team will make every effort to accommodate your request and correct the information.
How can I track my order status?
Please be aware that once your parcel has been handed over to our logistic partner, you will have to trace your parcel with the following logistic partner.
- You may click on the tracking number that is sent to your email once we’ve shipped your parcel.
- If you are a UTmate member, you may login to your account and click on the tracking number on your order history to trace your parcel.
