It’s good. Customer service also is great. But the size is smaller comparing to other designs / brands. Consider to order one size bigger than you’ve expected.

Everything was perfect. But compare it side to side with hummer 30", universal trunk more smaller. Why? The color, the quality are good 🎀

One feature I really love is the TSA lock — it’s built flat into the side of the luggage, not protruding, which gives it a sleek look. When we first unboxed it, we thought it was scratched, but it turned out to be just the protective film. Once we peeled it off, the luggage looked perfect! Love the colour, and it's surprisingly affordable too.

Good purchase during their anniversary sales with discounted price, however there are some defects on the luggage (peeling of plastics on the surface) when received. Other than that, handles and wheels are working fine.

I recently purchased this luggage and I’m really impressed! The material feels durable and high quality. The wheels roll smoothly, even on rough surfaces, and the handle is sturdy and comfortable to grip. It’s lightweight yet spacious, with well-organized compartments that make packing easy. The zipper works flawlessly and the built-in lock adds extra security. Overall, this luggage made my travel experience so much better. Definitely worth the price!
