Human Resources - Senior Executive / Asst. Manager
Responsibilities:
Assist in execution of human capital activities’ from manpower planning, recruitment, selection, communications and engagement, training, payroll administration, rewards and benefits of employees.
- Support in development and implementation of HR policies, plan, processes and programmes.
- Handling employee engagement and staff activities (team building, birthday/ festive celebrations etc.) from conceptualization, planning until its success execution.
- Attract top talents to join company by using effective sourcing channels and proactively build a strong talent pipeline for recruitment opportunities
- Process of monthly salaries and wages and ensure timely submission of all relevant statutory reports such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS and Income Tax.
- Responsible for maintenance of the personnel database; attendance record, tracking of staff probation and confirmation.
- Issuing of HR related letters e.g. appointment letter; confirmation; salary adjustment, transfer and etc.
- Assist in managing industrial relations matters relating to staff disciplines.
- Provide coordinating functions in staff development, learning and training;
- Generating monthly Human Resources Reports and others ad hoc tasks.
- To carry out any other additional tasks inclusive of Human Resources or administration function as assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management/ Business Administration or equivalent with minimum 5 years' working experience.
- Experience in employee's engagement program will be an added advantage.
- Computer literate with knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Quickpay System is an added advantage.
- Strong communication & people skill.
- Good English command is a Must.
