Responsibilities:

  • Attend to customers’ enquires regarding to online product/ service order or delivery status. .
  • Providing accurate customer information of company products/ services
  • Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within appropriate time frame.
  • Directing unresolved issues and requests to the appropriate designated personnel.
  • Follow up to provide solutions or recommendations.
  • Assist in handling customers at front counter, when necessary 
  • Assist in any others administration task as & when required.

Requirements:

  • Manage inquiries & feedback in a tactful manner.
  • Good English command.
