Customer Service Executive
Responsibilities:
- Attend to customers’ enquires regarding to online product/ service order or delivery status. .
- Providing accurate customer information of company products/ services
- Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within appropriate time frame.
- Directing unresolved issues and requests to the appropriate designated personnel.
- Follow up to provide solutions or recommendations.
- Assist in handling customers at front counter, when necessary
- Assist in any others administration task as & when required.
Requirements:
- Manage inquiries & feedback in a tactful manner.
- Good English command.
