Responsibilities:

• Assist. Warehouse Manager in all aspect of Warehouse and Logistics Management function for both incoming and outgoing good as well as warehouse layout, Inventory control, Logistics arrangement, manpower and documentations.
• To supervise a team of storekeepers & Lorry Drivers to ensure the proper transaction of IN and OUT of warehouse are conducted on time and accurately.
• Manage and monitor daily logistic and warehouse activities, system update, stocks delivery and distribution, stock control, transportation and shipping activities.
• To plan regular cycle count and monthly stock count to ensure accuracy of stock.
• To arrange transportation with logistic company on delivery of stocks to outstation or exhibition center.
• To ensure all company’s Fair/road show participated received stocks in time & assist in setting up the booth.
• To ensure and responsible for all warehouse facilities, equipments and tools are properly used, safely kept and maintained.
• Responsible for continues improvements of warehouse and logistic operation..

Requirements:

• SPM/ Certificate / Diploma holders with at least 3-5 years experience in Warehouse/ Logistic Management or related field of work.
• Capable of managing a team of staff & posses good leadership skill. 
• Hard working with good working attitudes. 
• Good planning and organizing skill. 
• Age 25-40 years old.
• Preferable Mandarin literate candidates.
